I was playing with him with that response. May not be Italian myself, but grew up in the Bronx which of course required full awareness of all that stuff or else kneecap guards. I opted to learn my pasta. :)And to give you an idea of HOW seriously I still take pasta to this day, we mix our own semolina and extrude our own, dry it on a wooden rack like you're supposed to. None of this boxed crap. And yeah, we make our own sauce too. You can do that when you live out with the tomatoes. :) |
