Absolutely ridiculous. I know I'm a broken record but it should make all stops, and if you want to restrict service to speed the trip, then do it LIB style, not providing for trips "wholly north" of Kings Plaza as LIB does not provide for trips "wholly within Queens."

At least have the stops within walking distance. Add a stop at Ave K and another at Fillmore to minimize walking and provide for connections with the B100 and maybe even the BM1 at Ave K. (That's a deal: $5 for Rockaway Park to Lower Manhattan, but it would have to be advertised).
