There of course could be a compromise: provide Limited Q35 stops during normal rush hours when there are more B41 buses on Flatbush....then provide the local stops during off-peak and weekends when B41 service is less + there are less Rockaway-bound riders because they tend to use the service ONLY for the morning and evening rush (daily commuters).The vast majority of the time the Q35 is picking up local folks anyhow (Junction to Kings Plaza and back). Besdies, wait till the summer rolls around and see how many locals will be pissed off by having to walk extra blocks for the bus to Riis Beach. |
