I fully backed up my assertions with nationally recognized standards and reference manuals. And you had NO legitimate response!!!!! You are nothing. You are like a little bug and we're squashing you out of existence. You haven't been relevant to transportation planning since the early 1980s when you were conveniently forced out of your "director" role and lost to time in some dead end non-important positions.
