6173 actually has always had a Luminator sign of some type. The 1998 NABI 40LFWs 6001-6180 came with Luminator LED/Flip Dot signs (unsure what the exact type is). 6001-6163 still have this type of sign. 6164-6180 were refitted with Luminator Horizons about a year or two ago. The 2001/2002 NABIs 6262-6377 have TwinVision signs. The Tempe owned 2002 NABIs 6378-6381 used to have TwinVisions but were also refitted to Luminator Horizons. The new New Flyer fleet (C40LFR/D40LFR/D40LF/DE40LFR) 6401-6460 and 6481-6648 all have TwinVisions.
