Cigarette ads were banned in 1993.That said, the above end door ad panels were seemingly used for nothing but cigarette ads, so nothing replaced them. I remember ads in place which must have been after the 1993 ban. In the later 1990s, stripmaps were placed in that position. |

He grew up in a wealthy Republican family, so he became the "Fusion" candidate, instead of jumping ship. He ignored the middle class which only accelerated white flight.
