Dinkins' term started 1/1/90, by then, graffiti was virtually gone from the subways.There were more problem than Graffiti by Dinkens's time. It reminds me of George Carlin's old "Hippy Dippy Weatherman" routine [paraphrased]: "At the top of the map, we see thunderstorms coming in ... also some Russian ICBMs, so I wouldn't sweat the thunderstorms." |
