Unfortunately, NJT has the reputation of putting multilevels where they don't belong, like on the RVL, for example. For one year now, the RVL has been 100% multilevels, wasting them on off peak trains where only 2 or 3 cars are needed, while other lines (using normal cars) at the same time period have 6 or 8 cars open. |
