I spent a lot of time riding Eastern Division trains as a child. I loved the second photo because most of the Broadway-Brooklyn Local service was provided by Standards. Only once in a while did I see a #14 line R-16. Don't know what the schedule for the skip-stops is now, but the first #15 afternoon rush hour express began at 3:30PM at Broad Street. The Myrtle Ave Express (with Multis or Standards) began at 4PM out of Chambers Street. It's great to relive those days! |
