I've never tried photographing an amored truck pickup at a bank, have you? I don't think so. But I have photographed them driving around and parked. I've photographed NYCT Revenue Collection trucks outside of subway stations. But what does that matter if you have or haven't? There's no law that says you can't! I am not a lawyer, but I could see the possibility of some other statute or something of that nature existing and being able to apply to photographing the MVM revenue collection, while still maintaining that photography on the subway is generally legal, possibly on the grounds that it is an "unauthorized" or "sensitive" area that the public "cannot access." Sure you could see it. You could see anything. But what does that have to do with the fact that it's NOT prohibited in any way? Actually, you can't see that prohibition existing since photography of anything from a public area is allowed, even if the subject of the photo is in a restricted area. If someone wants something in a restricted area not to be photographed, the onus is on THEM to block the view of such an item. I can't stress enough that ANYTHING YOU CAN SEE WITH YOUR EYES CAN ALSO BE PHOTOGRAPHED, provided it doesn't violate any other existing laws or rules. So you can't allow people to stand and watch NYCT revenue collection at an MVM but not allow then to photograph it. Take Pride,
