I've never tried photographing an amored truck pickup at a bank, have you?I am not a lawyer, but I could see the possibility of some other statute or something of that nature existing and being able to apply to photographing the MVM revenue collection, while still maintaining that photography on the subway is generally legal, possibly on the grounds that it is an "unauthorized" or "sensitive" area that the public "cannot access." |
