Among other things it is MTA property and you could get arrested for trespassing. I am sure that by this time (there hasn't been a train on that line in almost 50 years) there are an abundance of hidden hazards which could cause serious injury to anyone walking on or near the ROW. Be content with the pictures which already exist on Forgotten NY and other sites and what can be viewed safely from passing trains (A and J lines) and other public property. |
