Actually, I was called twice that day, as the crew office was definitely desperate for coverage......lots of work, not enough people!! So yes, they did, and the dispatcher had a sound of urgency in his voice when he left the message on my answering machine. Since he stated what it was, of course, I damn sure jumped at the opportunity to take it!! :-) |
