And how is it that OPTO can't be applied when it has been proven for decades in many other cities? OPTO can work in certain times here it does... As of now the timetables and schedules that are in place cannot work with the way OPTO is set up thats why. Nothing is stopping the MTA from running 4 or 5 car Units as OPTO, they just know better that it cant work during certain times thats why. |
