Medical issues happen to. A few weeks ago I was coming into work on an R160 E train and a someone wanted to get directions and his the intercom button and it did not work. Yes, he shouldn't be using the emergency intercom for directions, but what if it happened to be an emergency? Easier to get help by walking to closet train crew member no more than 5 cars away which is better than 10! |
