They're all packed with judges who legislate from the bench. It doesn't matter, they'll find plenty of judges who will order it closed for this or that. My money is on environmental grounds. Some activist group will do a study about the asthma rates with children living in LIC. That's usually enough. It's the tactic used to target bus depots in Harlem, despite no clear evidence that bus fumes cause asthma. |
