What's the name of the judicial decision that ordered bus depots in Harlem closed? Who said there was one to begin with? So I think that you are ultimately just missing the big picture about what these resident want because you are more interested in seeing some vast left-wing conspiracy at work. I'm not Hillary Clinton, I do not subscribe to organized conspiracies. What I do recognize (something you conveniently ignored) is that a single judge, with the flimsiest of grounds can grant the "residents" everything they want, immediately. It's hypocritical of people who vote for the politicians who appoint the judges who are pre-disposed to ruling against the LIRR to complain about court action. Everything else you said is irrelevant to this debate. |
