This time is different: A settlement will probably ask for full funding to build a new diesel maintenance facility, along with siting and the appropriate EISes for such.The question is: Where else woould a diesel loco shop be? In addition, and this is a correction from prior: The yard is technically not LIRR property, but a lease is pretty hard to break without cause. |
