I'm guessing not, for two reasons:

1. You don't actually know the official title

and, more importantly:

2. You apparently fail to realise that it's a cautionary tale about right-wing authoritarianism, the kind of thing that you support.

Apparently, the fact that Eric Blair was a socialist passed you by at some point.
