It still is found R44/46 rollsigns.And in it's last days it was mostly if not all decrepit grafitti-covered R16s. The brown "Nassau Street R" was to tell it part from the yellow "Broadway R". It's still exists on the R44/46 front rollsigns because all the rollsigns were equipment interchangable, NOT because R44/46 ever ran on the Nassau R or any other eastern division line, period! (Except for one fantrip in 1976.) |
