"It boggle the mind that somebody moving to this neighborhood wouldn't be cogniscent of what's in it"The street I live on is clearly marked with signs: "NO STANDING 3PM TO 7PM MON-FRI". Real estate agents hold an open house on weekends, showing the new owners they can park right in front. Here comes the first weekday, the car is sitting there while the guy is at work, and in the late afternoon he is ticketed and towed. People do NOT pay attention to what is going on around them. |
