I really don't get it...If had the money to spend on a condo, why live in that part of Queens as opposed to living somewhere else, say down by the water in Averne by the Sea in the Rockaways? They paid to live in a gritty area....now deal with it!. Tell them to stop bitching and wining about it. They are pissed probably because the developer told them something like the rail yard will go away soon or get covered just so they could sell more apts. |
