People have always been curious of me taking photos, but have never, and I have no reason or gain to lie, said anything nor has it resulted in any major issue. I have even sat out on Route 7 off the NEC shooting the videos I put up on YouTube, and probably over 200 photos I have not even begun to post, and a number of times the Secaucus Police, NJ State Police and even for some reason the Kearny Police passed by, all saw me and what I was doing, since a 6'3" 240 lb Hispanic guy would be hard to miss, with a jet black SUV, and not even for a second stopped to bother me. I was out in the open on a public roadside taking photos. I have done it in stations too, and again I do not see how don't have problems. If someone asks, I tell them, NICELY!! I don't go ranting "What's it to you???" or "What business is it of yours??". If it is an employee, makes for a situation which easily can erupt into a situation where police get called and I get arrested, or if it is not an employee, it escalates into a possible altercation where I end up having to do what I must thru what I know to defend myself, and again who knows what can happen from there, the person could have a knife or gun, and still such the police get called and off to the clink. Words can mean EVERYTHING, and especially how you say those words can mean EVERYTHING, both between having a good day, and having the day take a bad turn, either legally or physically!!

Easily said....."be mindful of what you say and to whom you say it!!"
