Thousands.....a rough estimate!! :-D And definitely how you initiate a matter with a passenger is everything. Just some people were too full of themselves to see that I addressed the clearly seen wrongs that BOTH parties done, which on both sides was unnecessary. When my fellow employees, or colleagues, do or act out of line, I criticize it totally!! Makes us all look bad in the public and rider's eyes. |
