It might have been finished but later stripped for parts. The gaping hole was obviously where the articulation was. I also like how the interior roof and various poles were 'modernized'.I don't think it was ever "finished," but the "articulated" ends did originally face each other and had an enclosure around it (it wasn't actually articulated, just open on the ends. Also note the combination grab bar/swinging handgrips (from a bus) and R-62 side window. |
