Question About a Supposed R142 Prototype? |

Posted by Mysterious Friday 1986 on Thu May 7 19:45:10 2009 Greetings!Got to talking with a friend of mine today...and he brought up that he heard about how some few years back a pair of retired R17s were "refurbished" into a sort of a R142 prototype. Supposedly, this pair was painted gray and reported to have been articulated between the two cars. One of the cars was also reported to have been one of the few R17s painted like a Redbird back in the '80s. Can anyone provide me of any more info on these? Would be very appreciated! Thanks :) |
