When new buildings are constructed in Manhattan above subway station entrances, isn't there a requirement that the developer provide off-street entrance to the subway.Because most buildings don't have 40,000 people converging in one area all at once, many of which come by subway. It's the MTA's job to provide transit, not the Mets. |
