I'd guess mid 50's. Note the fresh paint job on the Standards.

As told to me by Douglas Grotjahn, that photo was taken about 50 years ago in February 1959. Those repainted "Standards" were the very first overhauled cars. Only this eight car set was painted with green bodies and silver roofs. All the later rebuilt Standards" did not have their exteriors painted and were fitted with sealed beam headlights.

As seen in this picture, the old elevated style third rail was replaced later in 1959 with newer rail with wooden protection boards. I remember this vividly as an 8 year old watching track crews changing the rails, watching from the Newkirk Ave. overpass.
