Sounds like they have no plans for a lower ever, since they'd need to correct the lack of center access to make it work at a later time. Then again, look at what they did with the QP interlockings to add 63rd when they finally got around to it. That access could have moved trains a LOT faster through there than what they built. Dumbasses. :( |
