What makes me chuckle the most is that back in OUR day, the subways were justifiably a disaster on a daily basis owing to the lack of any repairs at all. Nowadays, cars are maintained, cleaned, track and froggies actually get replaced and STILL the railroad lies down. And that's on the main four-trackers with plenty more options that this one. Heh.This is a Bronx-bound D express, next stop Queens Plaza. :) |
