Umm..They ARE working FROM North at 99th st,where the old tunnel begins to South...not the other way around.Heck..72nd street station won't even be started untill WAY down the TIME LINE...only the TBM drilling through the area..and only after the shaft is dug out[and who knows how long that will take]? |
