I finally saw it running today. Like you said it wasn't in service and I just managed to catch it headed back to the yard. I was on a train headed in the opposite direction so I didn't get to see much. :(On the way back home on the blue line our T/O got fairly upset about some chick taking a video of the train headed into the Slauson stop. He told her to stop shooting video over the PA and threatened to call the Sheriff. She must have started again because he stopped the train after we pulled a few feet out and made even more threats. When I got off at Wardlow I tapped on the window and asked him if there was a new rule. When he responded that you're not allowed to do that because of 9/11 I pointed out that Metro's draft rules of conduct allow personal photography. He thought for a minute and said that he didn't like people photographing the trains. I'm kind of surprised because he's never said anything to me before and I see him all the time. |
