Given your argument, taking the Brooklyn Bridge is toll evasion if the Battery Tunnel is the more direct route for a driver.Not at all, as those people that would use the Brooklyn Bridge instead of the Battery Tunnel would not be using the Batter Tunnel. Comparing the Brooklyn Bridge to the Batter Tunnel is like comparing AirTrain to the Q10. |
