One should be surprised by that, but alas, stupidity is so prevalent that it ceases to surprise. The ticket blitz is NYC for crossing between cars is testimony to that too - something like 13,000 violations cited in the last 2 years, stories in the newspapers about how the crackdown is ongoing, and people still do it, then worry later about how to evade it.The best way to get out of trouble is not to get into trouble in the first place.... |
