Now, on Lucky Bag, which is ON topic, someone could challenge an arrest under that and probably WIN, based on existing municipal laws that were never repealed or superceded.Oh, and in such a case, insist on a jury trial, even if it takes 3 years to get to trial (off topic, the final challenges over the arrests at the 2004 RNC are finally scheduled to go to trial early next year, for about 2 dozen who refused to settle, barring a successful summary judgment request by the city). |
