I ride the subway to and from work. On average, I'd say I see 2 to 6 people walk into or out of my subway cars per day. That's just one car on two trains. Now multiply that by the rest of the cars on the train, and then by all the trains per day. Hundreds or thousands of people per day walk between cars. The percent that gets a ticket is likely very, very small... |
