The person in question (Alex L.) is a train service supervisor, and performance of his official duties requires walking between cars of the train.Employees are identifiable clearly by uniform and EPIC pass. Can it get ANY MORE obvious in the case of an on-duty employee of the NYC Transit Authority? |
