What we need is for someone to sue based on injuries suffered running from one car to another on a slippery platform, who would have been able to take his/her time and cross slowly and safely between cars if that were legal.I'm not following.... Has there been a severe derailment in this example so that the cars on the platform? Or someone who gets attacked on the subway, who sues on the grounds that the Empty Yay made it illegal for him/her to escape the attackers by walking to the next car. The regulation doesn't forbid fleeing your attackers, and even if it did - which it doesn't - find me the person who doesn't flee because of your hypothetical rule and I'll pin a medal for idiocy on him/her. |
