LOL -Also on interstate highways, police tend to, per capita, pull over more out-of-state vehicles, partly because these fit so-called drug courier profiles, partly because as you say out-of-staters will just pay the fine without a struggle, and partly because of the old saw to not piss where you eat and so pull over people who don't pay your salaries. |
