As to our collective and individual rights to judge laws, that is what we are taught makes us free as opposed to victims of authoritarian states.Well, you can't go too far the other way, either, or else the whole system collapses, one way or the other. Police using sound discretion before they issue summonses would seem to me a good alternative to either extreme. |
