And since I don't work for them the rules that apply to their employees don't apply to me. If the area in question was cordoned off then I would not try to trespass but if I were able to take such a picture from an open public space then I am free to do with it as I please. Thousands of freelance photojournalists take pictures at accident scenes daily from behind police lines - this is the same thing. IF I worked for them then I would follow the terms of my employment. |
