If the Durst Organization sees merit in a new 42nd Street passageway under their buildings (the Condé Nast Tower and the under-construction Bank of America Tower) connecting the 6th Avenue IND station to Times Square, then perhaps Vornado will see similar merit in reviving the one between Herald Square and Penn Station. These days, it should improve the value of their properties.
