Except that you can take photos of the ports around NY unmolested. Nobody has to sign anything before they ride the Circle Line or Staten Island ferry. Hell, there's a trip every May which takes boatloads of people right into the slips at the container docks and allows them to photograph the equipment. I've taken photos at Newark and JFK airports without being bothered, I've taken photos at Bayonne and around Newark Bay without being bothered, so why the hell is PATH different? |
