I dunno, I was on the express and thought maybe that's why it is going so slow into the station. also the train even stopped for a few seconds b4 moving towards 42nd. I'm probably wrong on that and can't confirm it since it's been 4 years since i last rode a downtown Lex express train. But yes locals are always held for the 4/5 memory slip there. |
