A few things about that1.Broadway. Not the MTA's descision. That's DOT territory. 2.Free buses. They won't go with it 1. It will cut into thier revenue, 2. Everyone else will want free servce, with will really hit thier pockets 3. It will jack up the fare for the rest of us in order to cover the lost cash. all in all I would say your plan doesn't work as it sifts the burder to others. |
