Agreed.Further, times for meter regulations in NYC never made sense. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in Borough Park and Midwood where there are Orthodox Jews and parking was free on Saturdays instead of Sundays, I believe with the elimination of Sunday meters, these neighborhoods now have two free days, but I could be wrong. Also, some meters have always been Monday through Friday only, and about five years ago, somewhere in Queens, I 'm not sure where, I saw meters that were free on Thursdays and Sundays. I wonder what that was about. |
