Those we are detaining in Cuba DO NOT qualify as POWs.They were not fighting for a country or a flag, They were not in the uniform of their country or under the command of their country. As spies or saboteurs they, according to the Geneva Convention, may be shot at our convenience. Thus they *ARE* receiving extraordinary care and attention in their detention. ROAR |
