Well, technically all I have to show is that the camera had pics on it when it was forcibly taken and had no pics on it when it was returned; if the cop deleted the pics deliberately, then it's theft (or vandalism?); if they didn't delete them deliberately, then it's negligence. Either way, the pics were destroyed while the camera was in their possession illegally. |
