I know it's petty, but it is petty stuff like this that one should force the courts to get involved in. It might set up a legal showdown.Also, inform the cop that if something illegal was done, issue a ticket so that it can be fought in court. Otherwise, a formal complaint followed by legal action would be done. (This is in addition to claiming---at the immediate time---deliberate attempt to injure by the officer.) |
