And 1050.9(c) is not the name of a rule. It's merely a section number within Volume 21 of the Official Compilation Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (NYCRR). If you tell a cop that 1050.9(c) permits photography, he won't have any idea what you're talking about and might assume you made it up. I showed them the paper... |
